Nancy Dudley attended the Governor's School West program in 1979 with a focus on Instrumental Music.  She reports that the experience has taught her to think outside the box and confirmed her intent to take the road less traveled.  It was and continues to be one of the most memorable time in her life.

Nancy has a degree in Computer Engineering and Robotic Engineering where she discovered an affinity for building computers and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.  

She has been a youth mentor as a volunteer for the Girl Scouts and a youth travel soccer organization.  After a brief absence, she is pleased to be back in the Governor’s School midst and assisting the Governor’s School Foundation as much as possible, to keep the dream alive for future gifted and talented North Carolina youth.
